Bw52 Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide for Malaysia

Any use of the bw52 platform — whether browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, using promotions, or playing any game — constitutes full acceptance of the terms and conditions set out in this document.

Bw52 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. However, we will endeavour to inform members of material changes via their registered email or in-platform notifications. It remains the user's responsibility to review the latest terms.

These Terms constitute the entire and complete agreement between you and bw52 regarding the use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings — whether written or verbal — relating to the same subject matter.

To become a bw52 member and use the platform lawfully, you must meet all the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Aged 21 years and above at the time of registration. Age verification is mandatory and will be enforced through valid identity document checks.
• Residents or individuals accessing the platform from locations where the use of such services is permitted under local law.
• Capable of making responsible decisions and not acting under duress, third-party influence, or lacking the mental capacity required to enter into a valid agreement.
• Not currently on a self-exclusion list from any gambling platform or recognised gambling cessation programme.
• Not representing or acting on behalf of any other individual or entity when using your bw52 account.

Bw52 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a copy of your MyKad or passport) at any time. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one bw52 account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different identities, different phone numbers, or any other method to evade detection — is a serious breach of these terms and may result in the permanent termination of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of all balances.

Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, date of birth and any other required details. False or inaccurate information constitutes grounds for account termination.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your account password confidential and not sharing it with any party
• All activity that occurs in your account, whether carried out by you or by any other party using your access
• Notifying bw52 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation
• Keeping your account information up to date whenever changes occur, particularly the phone number and email address used for verification

Bw52 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX via internet banking including Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only.

All deposits must come from a legitimate source and must belong to you personally. bw52 does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is received from an unverifiable source, bw52 reserves the right to hold the funds and request proof of the source before permitting any account activity.

Failed or pending deposits resulting from technical issues on the payment provider's end are not bw52's responsibility. In such cases, please contact our customer support with proof of transaction and we will assist in investigating within 24 business hours.

You may request a withdrawal of funds from your bw52 balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account has successfully completed the full identity verification (KYC) process
• No outstanding bonus rollover requirements attached to the funds being withdrawn
• Total withdrawal amount does not exceed the daily or monthly limits set for your VIP tier
• Your account is not currently under review or investigation for suspicious activity

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your deposit. Where the original deposit method is unavailable for withdrawal, bw52 will work with you through verified channels to arrange a suitable alternative.

Daily withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier: Bronze and Silver up to RM 5,000, Gold up to RM 20,000, Platinum and Diamond up to RM 50,000. Withdrawals exceeding this limit require special approval from the bw52 finance team.

All promotions and bonuses offered by bw52 — including the welcome bonus of up to RM 888, weekly cashback, daily free spins, reload bonuses, and the VIP programme — are subject to the specific terms stated on each promotion's page. Promotion-specific terms are to be read together with these general terms.

General principles that apply to all bw52 bonuses:

• One active bonus at a time — unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms
• Rollover requirements must be met before winnings from bonuses can be withdrawn as cash
• Validity period for each bonus is clearly stated — expired bonuses cannot be extended except at bw52's sole discretion
• One account per household — members sharing the same address may not claim the same bonus more than once
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts or converted directly to cash without fulfilling the rollover

Bw52 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time if there is evidence of misuse, fraud, or breach of terms. Any winnings obtained through bonus abuse may be voided and the associated balance forfeited.

All games on the bw52 platform — including slots, table games, Live Casino, poker, and Sports Betting — use a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by an accredited independent body. The outcome of every game is random and cannot be manipulated.

For Sports Betting covering the Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, e-sports (MPL Malaysia, Dota 2, CS2), and other sports available on bw52:

• All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled by the player, except within the designated cancellation window for certain bet types
• In the event of a postponed, cancelled, or early-terminated event, bw52's rules for such scenarios will apply as specified in the Sports Rules section accessible from the platform.
• Bw52 reserves the right to void bets placed based on odds that are clearly erroneous or that resulted from a technical system fault
• Betting limits vary by sport, match, and market. The limits displayed at the time of placing a bet reflect the current applicable limits

Bw52 is not liable for outcomes affected by network disruptions, player device issues, or circumstances beyond our control. In the event of a dispute over game results, bw52's system records will be treated as the definitive evidence.

Bw52 provides a fair, safe and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. To maintain these standards, all members are required to adhere to the following code of conduct:

• Not using any automation software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to play, place bets, or interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner
• Not colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker and table games
• Not exploiting any bugs or technical vulnerabilities on the platform. Any bugs discovered must be reported to customer support immediately
• Not using offensive, threatening, or harassing language or behaviour toward other players or bw52 staff
• Not conducting any financial transactions linked to illegal activities or using the bw52 platform for money laundering purposes

Violation of any of the above conduct standards may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination, and in serious cases, legal action.

Bw52 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

• Confirmation that a member does not meet the age or location eligibility requirements
• False or misleading registration information
• Abuse of bonuses or promotions in any form
• Suspicious activity related to fraud, money laundering, or other irregularities
• Registering or operating multiple accounts
• Repeated violations of the player code of conduct

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting bw52 customer support. Any valid balance in your account will be returned following a standard review within the specified timeframe.

In the event of a suspension due to a security review, bw52 will notify you via your registered email regarding your account status and the documents required for the review.

Bw52 provides its platform on a best-efforts basis to ensure continuous availability, but does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions, maintenance or issues beyond our control. bw52 is not liable for:

• Losses suffered as a result of platform disruptions, internet connectivity issues, or equipment failure on the player's end
• Losses arising from unauthorised use of your account due to the player's negligence in safeguarding their password
• Any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of the bw52 platform
• Content or actions by third parties that may interact with the bw52 platform

Bw52's maximum liability to any player under any circumstance shall not exceed the player's net deposit amount in the 30 days preceding the claim. This condition applies in full to the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law.

These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the bw52 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute may be referred to a mutually agreed arbitration body.
